Tenuta Plozner is located in Barbeano di Spilimbergo, in the heart of Friuli Grave d.o.c. The gravelly alluvial soils and the mild climate give to Plozner unique features: mineral, with good acidity and frank bouquet.

Harvest by hand into crates. The grapes are left to dry for 20-30 days to improve the color and decrease the vegetal traits.
Crushing and destemming, fermentation with maceration for 15/20 days. Lastly comes the aging in small wooden casks.
The color is an intense ruby red with purple shades, with aging will assume a garnet color. The aroma is intense, ripe red fruit (cherry, blueberry, dried prune), spicy hints of vanilla, bitter cocoa. The flavor is full-bodied, soft, harmonic, persistent, with a long sweet jam aftertaste.
